Yoga at Shelley Lake is offered by the teachers associated with the Yoga Teachers of the Triangle organization. The program runs from May through September every year.

• Come explore yoga with different teachers
• All teachers are certified and represent a wide variety of teaching styles
• Enjoy yoga in a natural setting.
• Free to the public!
• Look over Shelly lake and begin your day in a peaceful way.

Day and Time: Every Sunday 7:30 AM-8:30 AM - Weather Permitting!

(Parking at the Smaller Lot off of Millbrook Rd and the Yoga area is on the East Side of the Dam)
