Yoga at Shelley Lake is offered by the teachers associated with the Yoga Teachers of the Triangle organization. The program runs from May through September every year.
- Come explore yoga with different teachers
- All teachers are certified and represent a wide variety of teaching styles
- Enjoy yoga in a natural setting.
- Free to the public!
- Parking at the Smaller Lot off of Millbrook Rd and the Yoga area is on the East Side of the Dam
- Look over Shelly lake and begin your day in a peaceful way.
